Newton Fallowell did an excellent job, selling my house in Ashby at a time when the housing market was particularly sluggish. I was very impressed with the photographs and description of my house as they made it sound amazing. I found all members of staff to be friendly and very helpful. A special mention must go to Donna and Charlotte who supported me through this difficult and stressful time.They provided me with great support and showed empathy when I was struggling with my first time buyers who took forever to reply to any emails and seem to have employed the slowest solicitor ever!

We purchased a property via Newton Fallowell in Ashby. We couldn’t speak highly enough of Charlotte and the way she handled the whole process. It was at times a frustrating and lengthy 5 property chain (through no fault of Newton’s) but she kept us fully informed throughout with complete transparency which enabled us to manage our expectations and our purchasers. I had an excellent experience with Newton Fallowell Coalville during my recent house move. I sold my house and bought my new home through them, and the whole process was handled incredibly well from start to finish. Ashley and Samantha in the office were fantastic throughout. Their communication was excellent, they kept me regularly updated, were always quick to respond to questions, and were so helpful and reassuring whenever anything came up. Both parts of the chain were clearly communicated and managed really smoothly, which made what can often be a stressful process feel much easier. Their professionalism, organisation and support really stood out, and I’m so grateful to Ashley and Samantha for helping make my move such a positive experience. Newton Fallowell have represented my interests in managing the letting then selling it. They consistently made good decisions in the letting side and were wise enough to recognise where compromise was appropriate. I would also expect the tenants to agree with this review as the only reasons for requesting they vacate was the intent to sell the property. For selling, I received excellent advice with realistic expectation against market activity and pressures. I received a an offer very close to the asking price and had agreed a sale within 4 weeks of it going on the market. With my experience currently as a buyer, the service has not been matched in the area I am now looking to buy. Letting a property out or selling, I have received outstanding help and support.

Fantastic service from Clair and the Sleaford team I recently used Newton Fallowell in Sleaford to find a tenant for my terrace rental house, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Very bad service and always give silly reasons for resolve issue. I have waiting for last 3 month to resolve issue in property. but they not taking care about it. so anyone please take care before go with this letting agency.
