GoogleWe recently bought a house where the sellers were using Newton Fallowell and honestly they were great throughout the whole process. Craig handled the sale and was really helpful from start to finish. Even though we weren’t technically his clients, he always kept us in the loop and was happy to answer any questions whenever we called. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. He did a lot of chasing behind the scenes to help get things moving and pushed the sale over the line, which we really appreciated. We’re really grateful for all his help and would definitely recommend them based on our experience.

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of the experience that we have recently had with Newton Fallowell. In particular, the Newark office have been very strong and I must single out Gavin and Laura for their high standards and pleasant manner. They assisted us with the sale of property, which was not straightforward, for a number of reasons. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them, and ultimately Gavin advised that we sell the property through an auction which they arranged. The property was sold successfully and the auction was quite entertaining. Gavin and Laura kept us up-to-date, particularly on the day of the auction. It is really pleasing to see such good working practices and I would recommend them without hesitation.

GoogleWe recently purchased and moved into our new home, Rick and James were excellent in supporting and liasing between us and the vendors. Very responsive, efficient and helpful and always extremley friendly and cheerful. We have viewed in excess of 60+ properties over the last 8 months so have quite extensive experience of vaious estate agents. Newton Fellowell were brilliant to deal with and would recommend them without hesitation.

However, she completely changed the experience for me. From day one, her organization was impeccable, coordinating multiple viewings back-to-back to save me travel time. Her communication is second to none; she kept me updated instantly on new listings, which gave me such peace of mind. She managed the entire process with such speed and care that my stress levels were halved. GoogleThank you so much to the whole team at Newton Fallowell. They have all been so helpful in helping us find our dream home (Holly, Adam, and Henry) after a VERY long and stressful journey! We would like to say a special thanks to Henry who we've built a great relationship with - from initially valuing our house in Bourne, to now finding us our dream home in Stamford as he moved offices. We had constantly moving goalposts and it seemed we would never find that dream house... but Henry understood exactly what we wanted and kept persevering to find us the right place. He then got us in to see a property before it came on the market and helped us to secure it. He kept us informed along the way and never made me feel like we were being pests (even though we probably were!). Overall he has a friendly, cheery manner and always looks very professional. Thank you so much Henry!!!

GoogleI have to say what an amazing experience i have had dealing with Stamford's Newton Fallowell estate agents , they came highly recommended and certainly lived up to my expectation . Henry Warren priced my property on the mark , I needed a offer on the table through a time constraint placed on me , I had a total of 14 viewings , 3 separate offers and it sold in 5 weeks , it sold for over the asking price which came down to a good marketing strategy from Henry , I took his advice from the start and it all worked out for me perfectly . The communication was there from the start they kept me up to date with everything that was happening in the process , totally professional and with great advice when I asked for it, the whole team worked really hard for me and they delivered . I honestly cannot thank them enough and would absolutely recommend then to anyone in the housing market .

GoogleI recently successfully sold a house with Newton Fallowell. I felt I got very good service. The staff were knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Communication was very good. I was able to phone David directly and he either answered at once or got back to me very fast. I felt he knew the local market and gave me good advice. Selling a house is stressful but David kept me well informed and made the process smooth.
