My partner and I have been renting with Newton Fallowell going on three years now. After making the decision to move houses under a new company, we just wanted to leave a review of our experience with Newton. From the first time we viewed the house to the end of our tenancy, Newton has been such a pleasure to deal with. I had a couple visa issues during the duration of our renting period and Newton were extremely understanding, patient and compassionate regarding the sensitivity of the topic, I just wanted to commend them on that experience! During our tenancy, we experienced great communication in terms of when inspections were happening, when work needed to be carried out, wishes from the landlord etc. We felt as though any problems with the property, we could go to our letting agents who would deal with it efficiently, quickly and professionally. Just wanted to give a shout out to Justyna Gill who has been our go to gal throughout the tenancy. She has really been a pleasure to have alongside us in our duration with Newton, a credit to the team. Thank you so much for everything!

Andrea has been a huge support for us during the whole process. From viewing the property initially, to many more house viewings, until we finally moved in. She listened, took on board what was being said, and responded promptly whether by phone call, email or in person with great intent. I would 100% highly recommend Newton Fallowell in Melton Mowbray. They are friendly, approachable people who understand how to make things less stressful. Andrea couldn't have done anymore and nothing seemed too much hassle.
