GoogleApparently Newton Fallowell believe that they only need to get a quote, it doesn't matter if a contractor is appropriately qualified to current standards...cost £3800 to rectify after contractor who'd changed fence panel and quoted to fix crack in render was assigned to do a full re-roof at prevailing professional rate but did a job that qualified roofer states shows specific examples of being done by unqualified contractor...battens floating, not attached half and half over rafter, quality of mortar not to British Standards, short course of tiles. Reported complaint, with photos as illustration so they could ask their own qualified roofer for opinion but won't engage. Didn't even follow The Property Ombudsman code until I was told how they should behave by TPO and contacted Peter Sandy who TPO have as contact.
Other Letting Agents do use appropriately qualified contractors, a roofer to do a roofing job such as a full re-roof. Complaint logged with TPO.

GoogleWe had an excellent experience with this estate agency and felt they truly stood out from the rest. From the very beginning, the level of customer service was exceptional; professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout.
Sam in particular was fantastic. He was attentive, proactive with follow-ups, and communicated clearly at every stage. He also showed real initiative in arranging viewings in a way that worked around our schedules and travel, which made a big difference.
Although we didn’t end up purchasing a property through them, this was purely because we found our dream home elsewhere, not a reflection of their service in any way. In fact, compared to other agents we dealt with, they were miles ahead in terms of care, organisation, and overall experience.
I don’t leave usually leave reviews and haven’t for the other agents we encountered, but this team genuinely deserves recognition for breaking the mould. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
