GoogleThey were my buyers agents, so selling the house a step down the chain. However my agents were just terrible! These guys did a brill job of chasing information that wasn’t being passed to them. To the point that I had to call round branches untill I found them and supply the information directly. After that they became my first call for up dates on how the chain was progressing as my agents didn’t have a clue!!! I’ll be using them next time!

GoogleI purchased a property via auction and that where I first interacted with Jordan and her staff. They have been professional and courteous from the outset. Jordan and her team have let out the property and manage all issues related to the property. We’ve got good tenants and rental is promptly paid. Jordan also took care of some refurbishment that was required when a tenant was replaced. I later purchased another property via auction. Once again I instructed Jordan and her team to rent the property out on my behalf. However, this property was poorly constructed and we’ve had ongoing issues. Jordan and her team have been patient and worked with builders through every phase of the refurbishment process to assist me in having the property in a good condition to allow for it to be rented out. I’ve not had to deal with the issues directly as I live quite far from the property and Jordan and her team have taken the pressure off me to get this property in a suitable rental condition. The staff always keep in touch whenever there are issues or rental delays. They also call me from time to time if I have anything to discuss with them. They have also helped me go through the Renters Rights Act and helped alleviate some of my concerns.
