It did take NF well over six months to sell our property, but in their defence, it was a bit of a unique property, not your bulk standard semi on an estate, and we had to drop our price by more than £10,000 which was a bit more than we expected. The staff there are very friendly, although occasionally I felt that information wasn't always promptly passed on and I had to keep asking what was happening. There was one occasion when NF failed to turn up for a viewing which they had arranged, which was rather annoying. But overall, I know that they did work hard in getting our property sold.

The team were brilliant and definitely did everything they said they would throughout the sale. We were selling a family home after 40 years and all of the team were mindful, respectful and considerate about that at all times. All staff were lovely and helpful, particularly Sarah who we mainly spoke with. She kept us up to date with each step of the house buying process. On the day we were meant to get our keys a few last minute hitches on the solicitors side meant we couldn't collect the keys untill late on Friday and they very kindly stayed open to wait on us.
