FAKE REVIEW. THEY ARE OUR PHONE PROVIDER NOT A CUSTOMER...WE ARE THE CUSTOMER TO THEM! GOOGLE THEM TO prove they are directors of TelecomsGB This is a review from our lovely phone providers who don't like the fact we complained about the service we pay for (TelecomsGB) on various occasions. We pay for a service yet for months on end our keeps crackling and nothing was resolved between BT and Telecomsgb. It is retaliation and we will take further.

Polite and helpful. The house owner we bought off did not actually leave till a complete day after what was agreed. The agent struggled to deal with this. Not good at all.

Worst service ever staff are rude and have the worst customer service!!!!repairs not carried out at property call backs not kept as promised!!!!! The staff that work here should all be put through customer service training!DISGUSTING

Helpful agents, not great solicitors

The process of buying my house was good with NF. They did however recommend their own solicitors (Beightons) to the seller. This wasn’t a great move as both of us experienced frustration. Lots of silence, no comms. By all means use NF, but not Beightons

Recently bought a house through them, got the job done but communication overall was lacking, we weren't told they weren't attending the first viewing for instance. Also when picking up the keys we had to chase them and the sellers. Never actually met anyone face to face
