I bought a property with the agent in June 2026. And the offer was accepted in Jan 26 - it was not an easy sale by any means and was lengthy - this agent was new to me so I wasnt sure if they would hang on for me for the sale. But they did. In fact Ria in the office was hugely professional and experieinced and she got the sle over the line under quite challenging circumstances. So it was great all round - thanks Ria and thanks Mann and co 0 very happy this end - Angus Kennedy - Kennedy Pears Ltd

Extremely unprofessional and rude avoid dealing with Ria I spoke with Ria, the Branch Manager, and the way I was treated was absolutely shocking completely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive from start to finish. I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and have never experienced such terrible attitude and lack of basic courtesy. She spoke over me constantly, refused to listen to our situation or answer simple questions, and had a very condescending, unhelpful tone the whole time. It felt like she couldn’t be bothered to do her job. You’d expect a Manager to set a good standard for the branch, but she fell way below even the most basic level of customer service. I cannot recommend speaking to Ria at all, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Junaid Nadir has been so helpful, friendly, kind and professional since we first met him viewing retirement flats for my mum. Incredibly emphatic with our particular family situation and always available to attend any queries in real time all throughout the process. I have had a fantastic experience with the staff at Mann 15 Centre Way, Locks Heath, Hampshire, SO31 6DX. Lauren the first contact I had with them could not of been kinder after the loss of my mother and took her time to explain things to me so that I could understand the sale of mum's property. It was put on the market at an agreed price and was sold within 48 hours and from start to completion was just under 3 months. Laura Sales manager has kept us informed on every stage of the sale the rest of the staff in the office have always been helpful and we can not fault the service we got the property is now sold and new owner moving in. I can only thank them all for a great service and I will recommend them to anyone who has a property to sale or rent out and if your buying go look in the window and pop in they will help you.

After i had my flat on the market for approximately two and a half years, and 3 buyers pulling out of the sale of the property, really frustrated with all the problems of the sale, i decided to part ways with the real estate agents. And i marketed with Manncountrywide. Which was a huge success from the start, a better price secured for the property and all communications with regards to the progress of the sale and negotiations ran so smoothly. Charged me a fully managed Service but…

Charged me a fully managed Service but couldnt fulfill the service as had no keys to my property, charged my 10% when it should have been 7%...refunded me after complaint, never visited my property, visited after complaint but never recieved a report. Left them after 1 year had to pay another year upfront as you need to stay with them for 24 months minimum. So ultimately, i paid double for a Tenant find service. Live and learn!

MANN PORTSMOUTH Where should I start. When you say estate agents try to sell themselves my gosh did these. First dealt with Melissa who we thought was really nice, really cared and was on board with everything we asked. From the get go we had issues. Communication with Melissa was terrible, she did not listen to anything we had asked and said and was quite rude in her emails and voicemail. I will say for the first 3 weeks we had calls on a thursday as promised about how the sale of the house was going. Then they just stopped no explanation. When we called Melissa she was so condescending and would not let you speak at all and it was frustrating. Personally I would not like to deal with her again. We never received much feedback about viewings either, we got a couple of calls from Katie. Darren was the only one I would say that was a bit more of a help. My question is do they actually ring buyers and get feedback back. Do they actually care about their clients (no) they never seemed to chase anything. Also we were home for a few of the viewings and the lady that did viewings (katie) didnt seem to say much to the buyers to try and push (or did she smile) we never got asked questions about anything. Its just genuinely a really bad estate agents. For us they didn't care. Its hard to imagine anyone having positive feedback for them because how bad our experience was with them. And personally not sure why they acted the way they did, so unprofessional

Spoke to someone on the phone to try and book in a viewing on a property - the guy wouldn't even let me go and view the property because I wasn't sure on my move out dates. I asked if I could just see it before I firmed anything up and he said no - which I think is just him being lazy. Really rude and just poor service.
