I spoke to Karl who went above and beyond and showed me 2 properties on less that 30 mins notice very professional and he had a human touch which is key in a role like his a true professional well done Karl keep up the good work more than 5stars for this gent 🙌

Lucky to get an answer when calling. Hugely disappointed in this service - our external door lock was changd without any notice, when we contacted we were told no one is aware. Despite chasing for over a month and facing security issues at home due to the door being open, not to mention the risk of being locked out if someone decided to lock the external door, we have not been given a new set of keys and have now been informed were expected to pay for a set or 'wait for your landlord' to give us a set. Again, we have been chasing this for over a month.

We went with Mann to sell out house after it had been on & off the market for several years with no sale. Laura & the team were outstanding with a sale agreed within a relatively short period of time. The process ended up being extremely challenging with difficult tenants in the property & the buyers chain falling apart on several occassions. Despite these difficulties Mann managed to keep the chain together & went well above & beyond to ensure the sale completed almost a year after it was intially agreed. Thank you again to the team, I couldn't recommend them highly enough & wish we had used them years ago.

My partner and I had a Saturday viewing scheduled for a property we were very interested in. Eager to secure an earlier viewing, we called on the Thursday before to check availability, but were told it wasn't possible. Jason reassured us that all offers would be submitted the following week, which gave us hope. However, on the day of the viewing, we waited outside the property for 10 minutes past the scheduled time before calling Jason. He informed us that the landlord had already accepted an offer and claimed he had tried to contact us on Thursday and Friday. Unfortunately, we received no such calls or communication. We are extremely disappointed by their poor service and lack of professionalism. The entire experience felt disorganized and disrespectful, definitely not a company we would recommend!

We tried to rent our house with another local estate agent but, after becoming frustrated with the lack of communication and viewings, decided to try MANN Sydenham instead as we had noticed they were letting a lot of houses around us. Best decision we made. Dan was fantastic throughout and had multiple viewings setup with 24 hours, and we agreed an offer within a week. Throughout the process they kept us updated, which for anyone who’s rented a house before knows that simply being kept up to date relieves so much of the stress. Compared to some of the other estate agents, MANN were professional, empathetic, and most importantly, actually got stuff done. Would highly recommend.

We just bought a house via Mann in Sydenham. We had a very stressful chain behind us and Mann were really proactive at helping us to keep the momentum up to buy in record time. They were flexible in letting us in as often as we needed and to have electricians, plumbers and glazing people attend. This was the 3rd house we'd tried to buy with the same chain behind us and we're so grateful it was Mann selling rather than another high street agent that made life extremely difficult for us with the other purchases, that consequently collapsed.

Initially we met both viewing different properties and despite these not working out for us, they took in everything we were looking for. A few weeks later a house that suited us much more went back on the market and they got in touch immediately, helping us to put in a very quick offer. Through the purchase process they were the main agents pushing the whole chain along which was very much needed.

Where to begin? I think it's best not to, the only thing good I can possibly say about Mann and Co are Daniel Sarpong and Carmel (don't know her surname)who completely salvaged a small portion of their reputation in my eyes, the whole firm was like a circus, I had tenants moved in without proper references which led to my payment protection insurance being void leaving me at the mercy of my tenants who were late paying 80% of the time, Daniel and Carmel were both like Knights in shining armour who did the best that they could with what they were thrown into but I have nothing positive to say about the firm other than those two who deserve far better than working for Countrywide. In summing up, I had planned to rent my property and cash it in when I was 60, Mann and Co persuaded me otherwise with their shoddy and unprofessional approach to managing my property which was supposed to be stress free but was anything but, if you got the chance to infect yourself with the plague or deal with Mann and Co than the plague is much more appealing and I advise it more than allowing the Sydenham branch of Mann and co to manage your property. Other than that it was alright.
