GoogleThis has been a joke! I moved into a managed property 2 years ago and since then we have at least 3 different property managers. I would email with an issue only to get a response a month later that the person was not working there anymore and no one would ever follow it up!! When moving out of the property on the day of the check-out, I sent a formal request for the return of the deposit and still to this day A MONTH later, we haven't received anything. I have been calling and emailing and I've been ignored and lied to. I'm very disappointed in the service as Doug was really nice when he showed us the house 2 years ago.

I am sorry to see that your less than satisfied with the service you have received. Please be advised that due to the 'rent collection only' service that we provide to the Landlord of this property, this would not involve any property maintenance management, however I am deeply sorry for the stress and inconvenience caused.
With regards to your deposit, authority needs to be obtained from the Landlord to release the deposit and this authorisation would only be secured once a check out report has been completed. If works need to be carried out on the property after the Tenants have vacated, this can unfortunately lengthen the process of returning the deposit.
I am sorry that you feel you have been ignored and lied to. It imperative that excellent service and communication is provided at all times and please be assured that all feedback is taken extremely seriously. GoogleMann did a good job of handling our purchase in what was quite difficult circumstances due to a probate situation. Although everything didn’t go 100% smoothly the team did their best to guide everything through to a successful close. I still pop in regularly to drop off post for our vendors and they’re more than happy to help. Although I have just seen in another review they gave the buyers a bottle of wine... GoogleWe rented a property from Mann Countrywide Sydenham, and received an excellent service from Doug and Dan. We viewed a couple of houses but they were not trying to push us to rent something that wasn't right; once we found the one we loved they made sure the paperwork and moving in part ran smoothly. The house was in a fantastic condition, with paintwork done where discussed and flat cleaned. I would recommend and use Mann Countrywide again!

GoogleI can't say enough nice things about the staff of Mann Countrywide Lettings. Doug our estate agent, was diligent and trustworthy. He was intrumental in getting us into our new flat for the right price and for exactly what we wanted. After the relatively short wait to see if the landlord accepted our application (again I'm sure Doug was instrumental in his acceptance) we had to deal with Hazel who managed our references, scheduling of signature and the key exchange. She was as great to work with as Doug. Friendly and helpful with the due dilligence process. I would highly recommend them to any of my colleagues looking to move.
