What fantastic service I have received from Mann Rochester. I was very well looked after by Niamh throughout the whole process who remained patient and professional from beginning to the end. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She kept me in the loop regularly and she answered questions and actioned my queries in a very timely manner. If Niamh was not available, I spoke with Andy the branch manager, who was also very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Mann to anyone. First class service from a very small yet competent team. From one very satisfied customer.

GoogleWe had a great experience with Mann Lettings in Canterbury. Holly was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process, from arranging the viewing to moving into our new home. As we had recently moved to the UK, we had quite a few questions, and she was always patient and happy to help. Everything went smoothly, and we really appreciated her support. Thank you so much, Holly! If any Koreans decide to sign a contract, I highly recommend Holly. She handles UK administrative services very quickly, and she is kind and patient. Since I didn't know anything, I fumbled through asking all sorts of questions, but she always kindly explained everything, which put my mind at ease. The real estate contract process is highly systematic. You can trust her with your case!!

GoogleAfter a stressful search for a new place, finding Mann was a relief. Their process is clear and straightforward. A special mention to Jazmyn, who was so incredibly helpful and amazingly prompt with all her responses. Paul was also fantastic and so understanding when arranging the viewing. What stood out the most was how genuinely they understood our needs and sense of urgency. You truly feel listened to and supported. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

An absolutely dreadful service led by incompetent manager(s) who I felt had zero regard for either the sale or the safe keeping of my property. I was very saddened and disappointed by their poor ethics and do not regard them as honest or trustworthy. Senior managers are ill informed, indifferent and condescending. I would never recommend them under any circumstances.

GoogleRia at Mann is actual an angel 🫶🏻 Do not trust anyone else with selling your house! Ria sold my house within 2 weeks to the first viewer! My on forward purchase had a lot of delays and Ria kept my buyer updated and happy throughout so I didnt loose them. It isnt just a transaction to her, she makes it personal and is constantly staying in touch even tried where possible to assist with my purchase delays and gave helpful advice. I genuinely don't think we would have completed without her! Ria... keep doing what you do because you don't just buy & sell houses, you literally make dreams come true. We are now in our forever home and that is down to you. I cannot express my gratitude, love and appreciation for you enough 🤍

GoogleI had a great experience with Mann. Demi Odesanya was very helpful and attentive during the house-viewing process and recommended that I speak with their mortgage broker, Jake Owen. Jake was fantastic throughout the mortgage process. He was extremely knowledgeable, persistent and proactive, and his communication was excellent from start to finish. He kept me informed throughout, clearly explained what was needed at each stage and provided plenty of reassurance along the way. I really felt that he was committed to getting everything over the line. I’m incredibly grateful for Jake’s support and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, communicative and reliable mortgage broker.

GoogleI wish to thank Ms Ria Strugnell (Branch Manager) for doing a valuation on my home. I am looking to downsize. I got the valuation via email as she just wanted to double check what the property was worth. I felt it was a good reflection of the market value of my property. She explained how an open day works where several viewings are done on the same day. This is a brilliant idea and does increase the likelihood of getting a better offer for the property. Mann Estate Agents are well known in the area so I will definitely consider putting my house up for sale through them as I decided to postpone the sale to next spring.

This process became highly stressful due to very slow solicitors, but Jamie went completely above and beyond from the very start. He didn't just market our property; he actively managed the entire chain, constantly chasing legal teams and bridging the gaps when communication broke down. He even contacted us out of his working hours to give us vital updates, which just shows how genuinely great and committed he is. GoogleI’ve dealt with a number of estate agents in the past and, unfortunately, some have come across as dismissive and more focused on securing a sale than actually helping the customer but I must say Lauren Rickard really stood out to me. She was friendly, polite and very easy to speak to and demonstrated a clear passion in her work, she made everything very easy and was always happy to help with any questions I had. I’d definitely recommend Lauren to anyone looking for help with finding a property.
