GoogleIf you do use this company, do not use their mortgage broker Samantha. They offer you a service where you pay a one of payment of £800 and you can use them for the mortgages. But we had a monthly pay of £998 a month and Samantha messed up the mortgage that it went to £1366. This made a massive impact in our life over the two years. That it put a massive strain on family, work, and financial side of our lives. So much so that we have got into debt and will have to sell the house. Also now the house is selling we have gone onto another mortgage so it will be easier to get out of when we sell. We were told it would be around £1000 a month and the first payment has come out at £1545 and has no left me with -£44 for the rest of the month. Samantha has single handedly ruined my life and my family’s and because we can’t afford another £800 to go to someone else. But I will not be using Samantha again. Please think twice before using this company and please do not use Samantha.
Samantha was unhelpful and very unsympathetic to the situation she had caused. I told her she had ruined my life for the next 2 years and she couldn’t really understand what she had done.
