I recently sold my property through Manns, and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Junaid. He was helpful, responsive, and genuinely involved from start to finish. He didn’t just advertise the property and bring in viewings (which he did really well), what made the biggest difference was everything he did after the offer was accepted. He helped both me and the buyer through every stage of the process, kept things moving when solicitors slowed down, answered questions whenever they came up, and basically made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. You could tell he actually cared about the outcome, not just the sale. In an industry where you often hear horror stories or deal with people who don’t seem to have your best interests at heart, Junaid is a complete breath of fresh air, genuinely one of a kind. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone. If you want someone who goes above and beyond, stays involved the whole way through, and makes the process so much easier than it usually is, Junaid is the one. Thank you all!

If you want to sell your property speak to Junaid. We had trouble selling our apartment, initially no offers, then 2 buyers who pulled out last minute before finally finding the right buyer. Junaid came into the picture when the first of the 2 buyers pulled out, managing to have another offer within 2 weeks (!!!). And even when the 2nd buyer pulled out, he found the right buyer again within 2 weeks. For us Junaid was a reassurance that things would work out. Besides selling and finding buyers, he went the extra mile when it comes to arranging anything for the apartment whilst under offer, such as painters, checking on the mail etc.

He has taken a thorough, personal and speedy approach to our sale and has been really supportive since he first showed us the property we are close to completing on. Working with Craig has been a headache. He’s an unprofessional liar who comes off like an absolute prick. His communication is beyond lacking and I don’t understand how someone with no empathy or intelligence has gotten to this position. We’ve been trying to by a place for five months and have been lied to repeatedly by him and he’s never responsive in a reasonable period. He’s caused great distress and has no professionalism. He has made our buying experience a nightmare and I wouldn’t set foot within an agency he worked for ever again.

Absolutely dreadful experience selling our property with Mann. From start to finish, the process was riddled with mistakes, lack of professionalism, and poor management, resulting in significant, avoidable delays in our sale completing in a timely manner. The marketing materials were full of typos and errors, and I spent a lot of time requesting corrections. Additionally, I spent countless hours chasing, following up, and basically doing the job of what I would expect an estate agent to do. I will never use Mann again, and I would caution anyone out there from turning to them for assistance. I really have only negative things to say about the experience.

Highly recommend Mann Estate Agents for selling your house, especially the Beckenham Branch, they were brilliant. After a valuation where they actually listened to us and took our needs into consideration, they organised 10 viewings for the 1st Saturday, and another 8 on the following Tuesday, and only brought qualified buyers. That was it, only 2 viewing days and we got 2 offers, 1 of which we accepted. Highly recommend them. They also helped keep the sale moving forward right up to exchanging and completion, making sure we knew if anything was slipping and needed to be chased. I honestly can’t thank the team at Mann Beckenham enough. I’ve never met a team of such nice people who just genuinely want to help. Our completion day arrived and unfortunately various things went wrong. I had a lorry full of our stuff, I had a two year old and no keys to our new place. Laura was amazing, and went above and beyond to make sure we were ok. Not to mention the fact she managed to get the rest of the team to help unload our van. What a team!
