I didn't imagine I'll had horrible experience with this agency after reading their reviews,really i regret the moment I contacted them,me and partner found a flat through this horrible agency, we signed the contract and agreed on the moving date. It all started 10 days before moving in, they told us to pay the deposit and we did, then next day they told us we have to sign another paper or we will lose the deposit and have no place to live, after my partner dad which he is a solicitor contacted them, they backed off and send us the contract to sign, we signed the contract and asked us to pay the rent and one month deposit we did that, then they called me but I was at work so they called my partner saying we haven't paid yet and they can't proceed with us, my partner told them we paid, then the agent named Gavin talked rudely and told my partner you need to send us a screenshot from the bank app showing we send the money, she told him can't do that the app won't allow her, she told me he laughed at her which made her feel stressed and angry how he talked to her.He was soo unprofessional and slacking for checking with their accountant if we paid or not. It didn't end the nightmare continued even we paid and signed the contract, just before couple days of moving they contacted us again and told us to sign another paper which we didn't agree on but they insisted and threatened us if we didn't sign the paper they will not give us the keys to the flat even after we signed the contract and paid the money.we had no place to go if we didn't move to the new flat, we were forced to sign the new paper or had no place to live. Even after what experienced we didn't receive an apology for what they put us through.

Khush and Jon really helped me find dream home that I have been looking for almost six months since my arrival in UK. I did not find any nice property initially upon my arrival to UK in August 2021 and settled for short term accommodation, however I was looking to move into a property with a garden in peaceful and secure location and my search brought me to office of Mann Countrywide Lettings at Sutton, they took my requirements and in matter of days I got the property which I was looking for and that too in much budget. I’ve was very impressed with Oli at Sutton branch when I approached Gasgoine - Pees in my search to buy a flat. Oli was polite and came across as very professional which put me at ease . Highly recommended if you plan on renting out a property in Sutton. From a Landlords perspective, Jon the Lettings Branch Manager was extremely helpful and assisted way more than expected in getting my property listed and rented out to a new tenant. I rented my apartment from Mann Lettings in Sutton for just over two years and I can honestly say they have been nothing but highly professional throughout this period. More recently, I had some difficulties during my property purchase and found myself in a very stressful situation where I potentially may have had nowhere to live, having already served my notice to quit. I spoke with Hayley Bosdet (Senior Lettings Co-ordinator) and explained my issues and concerns and she was excellent and quite frankly, exceptional in her approach. She completely understood my situation and anxieties. Following discussion with my landlord (and I'm sure some advocating on my behalf from Hayley), I was reassured that my accommodation was secure until I needed it despite the fact that it had already been readvertised. I have had experience of a terrible letting agent in the past, so I really cannot emphasis what a relief this was. Hayley is a breath of fresh air and is a great example of how a letting agent should conduct themselves, particularly when it comes to dealing with good and reliable tenants. Importantly, every aspect of the service you describe as providing has been met on all bases, be it the regular administration of my letting or moving into action when problems occurred. In the most recent instance, your team in Sutton stretched their efforts to resolve a very sensitive and difficult situation to all parties satisfaction, displaying genuine care, commitment and imagination. It says good things to me about the working culture of your team in Sutton that they are so motivated to help at what we all know is a very difficult time in everyone's lives. In all of this I have been kept informed, and your team fully accessible to me which with my being an ex-pat, provided valuable peace of mind. I want to highlight Hayley Bosdet and Jon Claustres who, without going into lenghty details, managed to solve a particularly difficult problem, one which I saw as intractable. They did this with a combination of effort, smarts, research, tact and concern that in my mind marks them as assets to Mann Countrywide.
