Nick went above and beyond when we exchanged contracts on his day off when he took the time to ring me to check everything was OK. He has kept us informed at every step often before our solicitor.

GoogleI had a viewing through Mann and was really impressed. Firstly I dealt with Sharnie, who was fantastic, knowledgeable and listened to my requirements. We booked a viewing and I needed a Wednesday, which she informed me was no trouble at all and although her days off are Wednesdays and Sundays, her colleague Ellie would attend and she would call me the next morning to check in.
Ellie did the viewing and was upbeat and enthusiastic, she answered my questions with ease. She also brought a printout of the house we were viewing so I could have a physical copy. The next day Sharnie called me as promised to see how it went and do I have any follow up questions. The property wasn’t for me but they had just taken on a new one so we booked that instead.
This time Sharnie attended and was incredibly professional, but not in the stuck up way some estate agents are, instead she laughed and joked with me and got really involved when looking where to put things. She made it easy to understand the timeline of house purchasing, and I felt comfortable with her.
I had some poor experiences with other estate agents in sheerness who wanted to push their broker and solicitors on me when I hadn’t even found a house!
Mann will get all future sales or purchases from me, so long as Sharnie and Ellie are there!
