When I first considered selling my house, I had several estate agents to value it. I went with Mann to sell it as I felt they gave me very detailed feedback. I had buyers almost as soon as it was advertised. Unfortunately, because of a long delay regarding a Land Registry issue, that sale fell through. Mann very quickly found new buyers for me. I have dealt mostly with Marnie, who has been very positive, keeping me informed throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Mann to anyone thinking of selling.

I will absolutely be using Mann Estate Agents for future house purchases and selling, I cannot fault them. Kerry was our Sale Negotiator with Georgie often helping also and they were both so helpful and friendly and spoke to you as a human being, not just another customer. They were understanding of our circumstances and went above and beyond to assist with our purchase. The service we received differed from previous estate agents we have used because Mann apply that human element rather than just trying to get a sale. Can’t thank them enough!

I had 3 Estate Agents round to value my house and decided to go with Mann&Co, I met Kerry who done the valuation and from me signing up with Mann&co Kerry sold my house in 3 days. I must say, she was very friendly, professional, nothing was too much trouble and kept me updated all the way through, so much so that it was completed smoothly within 8 weeks. We had the worse experience in our life trying to buy out first time property. The person Kerry Anderson, the branch in Sheerness, Kent was the one that helped for this to happen. I contacted the agency to see a particular property and we did scheduled a viewing. While I was giving all my information I was asked if we have had a meeting with their morgage advisor. I told Kerry that we have a meeting but in a different branch of the Mann estate agency. Next day she called me to ask if I was sure as she cant see that scheduled. I then had to confirm at least 4 times that I am sure that we have a meeting as she didnt believe me. After we hang up I did send her the email correspondence with their mortgage advisor so she can belive me. Then we went to see the property, we liked it very much but we still had more viewings the next day. Next day comes, we managed to view few properties and to speak to Mann estate agecy mortgage adviser who gave us a quote that was higher then our current mortgage advisor has given us and not only higher but £120 monthly higher. Obviously we do not want to proceed with Mann estate agency so we call our mortgage and ask him to make an offer on the property we have seen the previous day. He does so and they refused to accept the offer and to send it to the vendor( which is against the UK LAW) In the same conversation they tell our mortgage adviser that if we give 10000 more they will tell the vendor and we agreed as we really liked the property. Next day Kerry Anderson called and told us that the vendor is happy to proceed and that we just need to go and do our documents with their mortgage adviser. We tell her that we do not want to use their mortgage advisor and we want to continue with our urrent one. Then she tells us that in this case we cant buy the house. After what she said we told her that we would like to withdraw our offer and she said ok thank you and we hung up. Five minutes later she calles again introducing her as a different person and tried to convince us that what the previous person said was not true and we can proceed with our mortgage adviser ( which is bull). We have all the recordings of every voice call as a proof of everything that happened and everything i have written. We will not leave this.

I have just sold house with Mann and Co. Would I recommend the company though? Absolutely not! They operate on a premise of over valuing the property to get your custom in order to tie you into a contract. You have a soggy sales person at the end of the phone unable to even remember the main features of the property thus not achieving the market value. We have sold with them so I suppose not all doom and gloom but only through our circumstances that haven't allowed us to be too picky. Cherry on top was meeting the new owner before completion realising he didn't know about half of the spec of the house he bought. Someone got themselves a good deal. Thanks Sheerness branch, glad I don't have to deal with you ever again

I had a wonderful experience with Mann Sales and Letting Agents, they understood my job was during unsociable hours and accommodated communications during my lunch breaks. My property was on the market with Mann for eleven months. Two sales fell through due to buyers inept legal teams. The third took six calendar months to complete due to another set of shyster lawyers. Needless to say I was frustrated and often furious yet the ever diligent Kerry was always the voice of reason and brought me down gently. Combined with the bubbly positive and helpful nature of Georgia they made a great team. Even when I was nearing despair the girls made me feel they were batting for my side and always in my corner. I'm glad I chose them.
