We’ve dealt with a lot of estate agents over the years and Stephanie was head and shoulders above the usual standard. We viewed a large property with her today and she was knowledgable, professional and certainly not full of the usual estate agency waffle. A real credit to the industry and Mann should really commend her for the service she provided. Although the property as not the right fit for us we would look to buy from Stephanie in the future. Massive well done 👏🏼

They are energetic and motivated and always supporting one another to ensure the best possible customer outcome. They are absolutely aware and on top of the local market situation which results in fast and positive outcomes for all concerned. Used a few agencies before to sell my property unsuccessfully and went ahead with Mann as they understood my needs and did an exceptional job to achieve a successful outcome. Laura was assisting us throughout the whole process and was knowledgeable, approachable and keen to help. The fees and contract are very competitive and I would highly recommend Mann if you are buying or selling your property. Slightly off topic, but I rented a property through them around 10 years ago and that was super smooth and a good experience so I would recommend this agency for any housing needs. Best of luck! recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Mann Sales and Letting Agents, and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. I feel compelled to share my terrible experience so that others can avoid the same ordeal. From the very beginning, presented themselves as a professional and reliable agency. However, it quickly became apparent that this was far from the truth. One of the most significant issues was the blatant dishonesty I encountered throughout my interaction with them. Communication with Mann Sales and Letting Agents was also a nightmare. They were often unresponsive and seemed disinterested in resolving any of my concerns. It was clear that they had no intention of actually helping me. I hope that sharing my experience will prevent others from falling into the same trap I did. Choosing a trustworthy agency is crucial, and unfortunately, Mann Sales and Letting Agents falls far short of that standard. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, FULL OF LIARS AND DECEIVERS!
