The whole team at Mann Countrywide Gosport deserve my thanks for the professionalism, allied to a very friendly attitude, that I experienced during my recent property sale. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Whoever answers the phone reacts immediately to any issues and CALLS BACK! It seems unfair to single out just one person but Sian Wright is the Sales Progressor. This job entails keeping in touch with the solicitors, seller and buyer, making sure the sale is progressing as expected and chasing where necessary. She has always been on top of things and often knew the answer before I had fully explained any problem. Without doubt she has expedited my sale. She is very knowledgeable, has a great attitude, and is to be commended.

In short, avoid. They'll do anything, including lying to get your to rent a property through them, and will then do anything to ignore any follow up after you've signed the tenancy agreement. They missold the property after advertising the property as refurbished despite several major repairs such as hot water and lights needing repairs. Mann ignored several requests until I threatened to civil proceedings to unwind the tenancy. There is also several pieces of information in my tenancy which are incorrect the most harrowing as simple as when and how I'm going to be billed for utilities. I was told that I'm responsible for utilities and even had my information sent off to utility companies. The utility companies turned round and said we don't bill this property directly, ask your landlord or agent who manages the property as to how you're going to be billed. Mann Countrywide are the agent managing the property and as of yet has not been clarified the situation 2 months later and despite 8 emails and a phone call. Mann have acted unprofessionally in regards to my matters above. They'd do anything to let the property, even managing to do a viewing and all the paperwork during the COVID-19 lockdown. After which they then try to use it as an excuse for not respond to emails and calls after the tenancy agreement has been signed.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
