From start to finish, she made the whole process of arranging and completing the repair work feel effortless and completely stress-free. Her communication was clear, prompt, and professional at every stage. She kept me updated without me having to chase, coordinated everything with the contractor perfectly, and ensured the work was scheduled and completed quickly. Sana also showed genuine consideration for my personal circumstances, knowing I had just come out of hospital after a major operation. This level of care and understanding made a huge difference to my experience. Thanks to her efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail, the entire process ran smoothly from start to finish. After private renting a places elsewhere for 20yrs. This was my first time renting threw estate so was new to me. After choosing a place I was told to they'll be forms emailed to me also I had to pay £288 holding deposit which I thought that was me securing the property no it wasn't After filling in numerous forms and sending over bank statements explaining my savings was part of my regular account, they found this not good enough email after email sent they kept finding a problem of sorts but not with bad credit or anything like just my savings layout. 🤔Because I the stress it was causing I pulled out of the property because I wasn't getting nowhere with the application with no understanding to why anyway once I did I was told I've lost the holding deposit. 🤷‍♀️Being I was new to all this. I was treated poorly absolute rubbish contact with original agent Francesca Fryers 😡with no explanation to what really the problem was with my application im still waiting for an email I was told I would receive by Nicola King 🤷‍♀️. This experience has made me very anxious finding a place 😢
