I've just bought my first flat through Mann Estates and right from the very first viewing they were unbelievably helpful and supportive. The entire team I had the pleasure of meeting were fantastic, but Eve Charrosin and Taylor Lelliot were right there the whole time and always doing everything in their power to help move the process along. They were absolutely phenomenal and so friendly and patient at all times; they were happy to explain everything and to give time to think about things - there was never any pressure to move forwards until I was ready! When one flat I'd been hoping to buy didn't work out, Eve immediately looked around for other similar properties, and one of her suggestions is the one I've ultimately purchased. Taylor managed to get me a great mortgage rate and they both kept me updated through the entire process so I always felt I knew what was happening from their end! It was really easy to get in touch at any time - someone always answered the phone within a few rings and everyone was always so friendly and helpful, and emails were always answered really quickly. I'm so grateful for all the hard work Mann Estates/Eve put in and every bit of extra work she did with chasing to get my sale through. Thank you!

I'm not generally one to leave reviews but sometimes I feel the need to: Eve Charrosin has helped me buy my first flat and has been incredible through and through. From the off she was friendly, she was helpful and she was straightforward with me. She helped me run numbers on a range of properties to see what was realistically affordable, and when I saw the place I bought (that I was clearly immediately in love with) she didn't pressure me, she told me I had time to go away and be sure (unlike some of the other estate agents I met with). After that she was with me every step of the way, always keeping me updated, always chasing up with the seller's solicitor for me, and I've just felt so supported through the whole process, honestly I can't recommend her more highly. I'd also like to shout out Taylor Lelliot, the in house mortgage broker. She was so patient with me, and always so on the ball. Any questions, any ideas, any concerns she was always on hand to explain and to check alternatives, and always ahead of any complications and able to explain everything to me in ways I could understand. It was honestly so reassuring through such a stressful 6 months to be supported by two such lovely, professional and highly competent people, compared to stories I've heard from others I feel like I've dodged so many bullets thanks to these two.

I would highly recommend Mann to those who are after a professional agent, and not the usual talk-the-talk types! Helen Dorset was incredible throughout the entire process from our initial viewing of our purchase, right the way to completing. Our completion was delayed, but despite this Helen kept us calm and was patient with us. Commination was exceptional throughout the process and Helen did her best to relieve us of the expected stress by liaising with the chain and their solicitors. Other acknowledgements go to Lino and Eve, but of course to Verona, the in-house broker, whose exceptional expertise proceed her and who has saved us a considerable amount of money. We are forever grateful.

I viewed one property advertised by this agent six months ago. At the time they asked if I was interested in selling my property with them to which I said no. Since then I have received numerous calls from them each month, a number of which I haven't answered, but of the 6 that I have over that time I have repeated that I am not interested, have expressed my frustration that they keep calling and asked them to take me off of their list. The latest was today 23/10/2025. They are relentless, and if they behave like this, ignoring what you ask if them after only viewing one property with them, I dread to think what they are like to deal with when actually buying or selling with them.

The process from the point of view of the purchase and communication was exemplary. I had the pleasure of having Eve Charrosin as my point of contact. I was in the middle of a chain and had issues with my sale via another agent and solicitor. Eve was AMAZING, she was customer focused not only to get the sale over the line but time and time again she would step up to the plate and chase my solicitor and at times my estate agent.!!! Eve was incredible throughout going above and beyond time and time again. If you are looking for a team to sell that put the customer first then Mann and especially Eve were epic. I had the pleasure of dealing with Helen who I found professional and extremely helpful. At times I spoke to Eve more than my own family. If it was not for her then the whole chain would have collapsed. To further evidence Eve's dedication, exchange and completion had taken place and I was stuck in traffic. My movers were waiting and threatened to charge waiting surcharges. Eve without hesitation offered to attend and provide access to the movers so they could not charge. Just above and beyond. If I was to try and find criticism to balance this review I would struggle so to split hairs, I would say that what ever the fee the vendor paid should all be credited to Eve for her efforts during this transaction.

Mann Estate Agent, Extremely professional and dedicated the team is. I would highly recommend Mann as they will be there for us till the end of the process in the same energy we see them on the day we view the property. They are too friendly as well so that we can reach out to them at any point. I should specifically mention Eve,Helen , Lino and Verona Powell as they are so amazing. Eve was there any time when we call her to the property. She was tracking the process and nudging whoever it should be so that the process should not get delayed. I would give a 6 out of 5 if it is possible for her :) .I cannot thank Verona enough as we started talking to her before we find this property and we were going through exactly the same guidelines she was giving to us. As we were new to this we couldn't understand many of it. She was patient enough to explain everything to us, not only financial advices but anything about buying the house. I would highly recommend Mann Estate agents South croydon. They went way beyond what you would expect from Estates Agents. I just purchased my first home through them. Eve, Lino, and Mortgage advisor "Verona Powell" were amazing from start to finish. They were Courteous polite and easy to understand the process so I was left with no questions to ask. Me and Lee have been able to secure our dream home which took six weeks from viewing the property to completing and getting the keys. Janene was great at ensuring all went smoothly and provided us with regular updates as well as liasing with the vendors solicitors to ensure all was moving quickly.
