Do not trust anyone else with selling your house!
Ria sold my house within 2 weeks to the first viewer! My on forward purchase had a lot of delays and Ria kept my buyer updated and happy throughout so I didnt loose them. It isnt just a transaction to her, she makes it personal and is constantly staying in touch even tried where possible to assist with my purchase delays and gave helpful advice.
I genuinely don't think we would have completed without her!
Ria... keep doing what you do because you don't just buy & sell houses, you literally make dreams come true. We are now in our forever home and that is down to you.

Jake was fantastic throughout the mortgage process. He was extremely knowledgeable, persistent and proactive, and his communication was excellent from start to finish. He kept me informed throughout, clearly explained what was needed at each stage and provided plenty of reassurance along the way. I really felt that he was committed to getting everything over the line.

GoogleI dont even know where to start - buying a house is a stressful thing but Angel and Ria sailed us right the way through it.
They were always at the end of the phone ready to answer any questions, even giving me a couple of check in calls to make sure I was ok and not too stressed!
Ria is a wonderful manager, and her hard work shows through in her staff, Angel is a true delight, and we are very grateful to have brought our first ever home and project through Mann , Gillingham.

And the offer was accepted in Jan 26 - it was not an easy sale by any means and was lengthy - this agent was new to me so I wasnt sure if they would hang on for me for the sale. But they did. In fact Ria in the office was hugely professional and experieinced and she got the sle over the line under quite challenging circumstances. When I viewed the property, she answered many of my questions before I even had the chance to ask them, which immediately gave me confidence in her knowledge and professionalism. Throughout the purchase process, she has kept me updated, responded promptly to any queries, and has always been willing to help.
What has really stood out is how friendly and approachable she is. She's never been pushy and has always taken the time to explain things clearly, which has made a huge difference as a first-time buyer.

She then went further to outline the options for selling and was a mine of useful information. I approached three estate agents but it was immediately obvious to me that Richard was actually interested in me and my house and I had no hesitation in choosing them. The sale took a long time but this wasn't their fault and they kept me informed at all times as to the situation. When a little pressure was needed they applied it. All the staff were friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleI wish to thank Ms Ria Strugnell (Branch Manager) for doing a valuation on my home. I am looking to downsize. I got the valuation via email as she just wanted to double check what the property was worth. I felt it was a good reflection of the market value of my property. She explained how an open day works where several viewings are done on the same day. This is a brilliant idea and does increase the likelihood of getting a better offer for the property. Mann Estate Agents are well known in the area so I will definitely consider putting my house up for sale through them as I decided to postpone the sale to next spring.
