GoogleExtremely unprofessional and rude avoid dealing with Ria I spoke with Ria, the Branch Manager, and the way I was treated was absolutely shocking completely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive from start to finish. I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and have never experienced such terrible attitude and lack of basic courtesy. She spoke over me constantly, refused to listen to our situation or answer simple questions, and had a very condescending, unhelpful tone the whole time. It felt like she couldn’t be bothered to do her job. You’d expect a Manager to set a good standard for the branch, but she fell way below even the most basic level of customer service. I cannot recommend speaking to Ria at all, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

GoogleWent into this Letting Agent last week Saturday I saw a property that I really liked. Manger said that the Viewings are not until next Saturday. Manager gave me a brochure. Manager never did contact me regarding the viewing, I thought this was very unacceptably & unprofessional behavior from this company. Manager spent a lot of time with me. I always believing in actions Speak louder than words, obviously not here.

GoogleWe had a brilliant experience with Lewis from start to finish. Buying our first home was a big step for us, but he made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. He was always approachable, down to earth, and quick to respond to any questions we had (and we had plenty!). Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. He kept us updated throughout and made sure everything moved along smoothly. We genuinely felt like he cared about getting the right outcome for us, not just completing a sale. We’re very grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend him to anyone buying or selling.

We were surprised and delighted at the speed the sale was carried out from initial viewings through offers and acceptance to contract exchange and completion in only 23 days and at a price 10% over the asking price.
