had such an amazing experience with the letting agency despite a 1 day moving delay which added on to stress but also understandable as life goes on and sometimes things happen that we can’t control. David was extremely helpful and provided us with all the key information. It’s nice to see someone who truly cares for their customers and clearly passionate of their profession. We were made to feel very welcomed and at ease. We highly appreciate your service and will definitely recommend to people who are looking to rent. Sukh was extremely helpful with viewing the house and preparing the paperwork, his communication has been consistent throughout and he has been very supportive with some of the application processes, which I appreciated greatly. David was the employee I signed my contract with and he was very welcoming and patient whilst I read through the finer details of my contract and he even gave me house warming gift filled with snacks and drinks to start me off in my new home. I would definitely recommend this branch for their speedy and diligent work and I will be returning to them if I decide to look for a new property! We contacted Mann Lettings for advice and guidance as we were first time landlords. Had a lovely experience and the lettings negotiator Feyi helped me through the whole journey. It's was great having a consistent contact within the agency, it made the letting arrangements smooth and stress free. After being disgruntled with another well known Estate agent in Catford I decided to use Mann Countrywide’s Services in Rushey Green, from beginning to completion nothing but professionalism was shown all the way.
