I’ve dealt with a number of estate agents in the past and, unfortunately, some have come across as dismissive and more focused on securing a sale than actually helping the customer but I must say Lauren Rickard really stood out to me. She was friendly, polite and very easy to speak to and demonstrated a clear passion in her work, she made everything very easy and was always happy to help with any questions I had. I’d definitely recommend Lauren to anyone looking for help with finding a property.

I had a pleasure of dealing with Honey when finding a rental property in Ramsgate. She went beyond expextations from start to finish, includind taking accurate measurements of the lounge and the bedroom-including door widths! This helped me plan fitting my furniture. As I had my delivery around 9.30am in the morning of my moving day, she brought the keys by walking from the office. I can fully endorse Honey and look forward to working with her again as a tenant or a landlord. Thank you Honey and Mann Countrywide!

I had a fantastic experience with Shannon at the Ramsgate office of Mann Estate Agents. From start to finish she was incredibly professional, but what really stood out was how much she went above and beyond to help me feel confident about my decision. She kindly allowed me to view the property multiple times and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. During the visits she also offered thoughtful guidance and advice on how the space could work, from furniture placement to how the rooms could be arranged. That really helped me visualise what life in the flat could look like. Thanks to Shannon’s support, I was able to truly see myself living there, and I honestly do not think I would have felt as certain about my choice without her help. Shannon was the lady that helped us with our move. A really well mannered lady and professional throughout. Any issues raised have been dealt with promptly. They have remained in contact to ensure all was OK with the move. It was also my sons 9 th birthday of which she had know hes into his football and must have used her own free time to even put a bday card in the post. Which to be honest there are no words for her kindness. She is the best estate agent I have dealt with by far. Definitely would suggest Shannon and Mann Lettings to anyone looking for a new home. Shannon who helped recently with us finding a new property has gone and above beyond, she has maintained contact throughout making sure that everything has been in place, she worked past her hours one day just so we knew that we had been successful in being accepted by the landlord of the home. Anytime I have contacted she has always got back to me quickly and nothing has been too much trouble for her. Whilst doing the viewing for the property she was very professional but was also very down to earth which helped us to feel more at ease when viewing the property.

I have been impressed by Mann Ramsgate estate agent's negotiator Harvey acting for a vendor on a property I am interested in. He has conducted himself well for the vendor, protecting their interests. However he has acted in a way which is commercial, personable and straightforward. I've had a far better impression of Mann Ramsgate than I had anticipated. This is in sharp contrast to some other estate agents in the area. As a buyer I would be more likely to buy a property from this approach than I would from the competitors.
