Google3 calls unreturned to arrange a viewing. Finally got someone but, they took a week to arrange a viewing. Waited at the property they didn’t show up. Called the office, which was open, to find out where the agent was. No one picked up. Went into the office the next day. Nobody from sales was working. The letting people seem very nice. They said they would contact sales. No one has called me. I wouldn’t have Mann list my cardboard box for sale never mind trust them to handle a house

GoogleShocking service! Over a week to arrange a viewing for a property I was interested in. Received two confirmation text messages for the viewing. Waited over 20 minutes outside the property, no one arrived for the appointment. No one called me to say why they hadn't arrived. So I call the Ramsgate office and leave two voicemail messages. Still no one has called me back to apologise or rearrange the appointment! Dreadful service. I will definitely make sure no one I know selling uses them!

I’ve not written a review before now however, Jade Bayford has recently been absolutely amazing, she has had to call me daily to resolve an issue and has communicated very efficiently. I felt that the sound of my voice was going to start to annoy her but she didn’t find my constant calls a problem and has dealt with this matter professionally and competently so I am very grateful. Emma did also deal with the matter whilst Jade was out of the office so thank you to you both. Continue doing a great job.

They look ahead and anticipate needs, and provide guidance rather than taking a transaction approach to just react and process the paperwork. All staff that I deal with are able to help quickly.
