GoogleI went into Mann as I was unsure what to do with my property all staff were so helpful and took me through everything step by step.i am so grateful for all the help from the team. Although I have decided to stay in my property I was always kept up to date by Shannon and Bradley on the lettings team. We'll done guys if I do decide to rent my property I will definitely use man!

GoogleMann, and Shannon in particular are a breath of fresh air when it comes to letting agents. Communicative and accurate and willing to go the extra mile to show you properties that might be suitable. They do not obstruct access to potential suitable properties due to having pets and will discuss your subjective circumstances first. It’s collaborative which is almost unheard of in the lettings world these days! Keep up the great work and I don’t doubt you’ll have happy tenants with great retention and that can only mean one thing - happy landlords!

GoogleWe accepted a house that was perfect for us to rent and all was going well until the landlord wasn't communicating. Mann said they will call as soon as they have contacted the landlord. 2 weeks went by, still didn't here anything, so we phoned again and they still can't get hold of landlord. 2 weeks later we noticed that the property has been let. 😡 We phoned and they forgot about us. 😡 Absolutely disgusting, totally unprofessional. Very disappointed.

GoogleI am new to the Thanet area and was seeking somewhere to rent. Whilst I eventually went with another lettings agent I must say that Jade and Shannon at Mann made me feel like a valued customer by engaging fully with me with tailored properties (rather than a 'send all' approach) that were communicated by polite phone calls and ensuing emails. I did feel they went beyond for me and would recommend Mann at Ramsgate as a letting agent worth contacting.

GoogleExcellent agency. Found house on market for rent,was by miles and bar sent tem many email and was calling,never got answer or call back. Was registered on Mann as well and when that house what I was trying to get become available on Mann as well got call straight away and applied for it and going it. By my experience it's wery good agency, if looking for rent 100% Mann Letting will help.
