GoogleI cannot commend the team highly enough (especially Craig Goodburn, who's handled the letting of my property in Ramsgate for the last 10 years). Their service is prompt and efficient, never pushy. They appreciate how difficult it can be for me to organise matters and keep an eye on the property, as I'm currently living and working on Guernsey, and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. GoogleReally kind and genuine, we had been looking for ages and they found us the right place and got a move in date within 3 weeks of viewing, definitely worth going through this branch. GoogleWhy are they not warning potential buyers? I own a property next door to one that Mann have been managing and now selling, (130 Southwood Road, Ramsgate) I found out that I have Japanese knotweed that shares my border along with theirs. I have contacted Mann 's sales team to let them know as it is illegal to sell a house without disclosing Japanese Knotweed... they have told me its not their problem and it will show in the searches and they don't need to tell potential buyers when viewing. I want to cover my back, they said i need it in writing... so here it is!

GoogleMann estate agents have made it hell for me and my daughter who's only 4. They just don't care... Told us they couldn't get access due to tenants for work to be completed but when the landlord wants a sales valuation they are in within a couple of days. The work was left for about 5 months, which left me and my daughter unable to use our garden safely. I'm going to leave this review for both Margate and Ramsgate office as I know they have both given me and my landlord the run around.

I switched to Mann to try to find a decent tenant and Lucy in Lettings found me an excellent one so that my final two years' of letting the property were a Godsend after many years of tenant headaches. Our liaisons at Mann were Jade & Lucy they were prompt at Answering calls, calling back when contacted, on time at viewings and informative about a property. GoogleMann's lettings have been managing my property for almost 10 years now and the service I have received has been exemplary. Vicky has been looking after my property and she has always worked conscientiously in providing me with new tenants as soon as possible. Also the level of communication from Vicky has always been very prompt with issues relating to the property etc. I have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.

GoogleSince I had not instructed this or any other estate agent I was quite surprised to find a Let by sign fixed to my property (causing damage by the drill holes). On phoning them I was very shocked by their rude, unhelpful and unprofessional comments and attitude. 3 days on we are still waiting for them to remove this sign, let alone repair the damage. I personally wouldn't employ an estate agent who apparently can't tell one road from another! As requested I have contacted them - again - and hope they will now remove the sign which has already been here for 4 full days. Had they been courteous and acted promptly, (or could tell which road they were in!) we could all have been saved this hassle.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAs soon as you walk in their you are greeted by happy and helpful staff helping you find your dream home! Even in renting. They have been so supportive & taken the stress away from us finding somewhere! They have been honest & regular updates through out the process what is happening! My four year daughter Meg’s loves popping in & says the two Lucy’s give the best cuddles in town & is always spoke to & not ignored by them! Thank You for all that you do!!

GoogleNo care for their TENANTS! My daughter and Grand daughter live in a property next to house Mann (country wide) manage Their garden has been left like this since February during the storm! constantly chasing them to come and fix it for about 4 months now. Just met with excuse after excuse to why its not done... even though their landlord has agreed for work to be done!!
