GoogleCannot recommend this agency enough!! Brilliant staff, very friendly and helpful. Renting process was easy and and straight forward, staff were supportive and happy to see us whenever we had a question. Staff helped us through the issues we had with our references with no hesitation. So a huge thank you to the lovely staff who helped us make this possible.

GoogleExperience we have had as first time buyers was shocking, they were rude and hung up on us once. Didn't tell us what was going on with property we was looking at and never phoned back when they said they would. I do not recommend this company to anyone they are awful.

GoogleQuick to take my deposit and then the silent treatment for weeks.... six requests for a call back and not one other then to ring my number for one ring then hang up over the space of ten days.... they even sound patronising when they are apologising for not calling you back.... communication is a basic human skill
