Just wanted to say a big thank you to Jena, the property manager at Mann, who has been fantastic in helping me to fix some issues at my property by organising and selecting all the different contractors that were required for the tasks. Despite all the stresses involved in getting things sorted, her patience, diligence and understanding made it all a bit easier to cope. Well done, Jena, keep up the good work! Edit (4 February 2026) Also, I want to say a huge thank you to Jeri, who stepped in for Jena while she was away, and helped sort out another major developing issue. She kept me in the loop regularly when time was a serious problem and calmly dealt with everything, so brilliant work, Jeri, keep it up!

Review was previously deleted for some reason… Booked a viewing with Laura, but she never pitched. I had a somewhat disappointing experience recently. I initially expressed interest in a particular listing to Laura, but since my moving date was a bit later than preferred, she seemed reluctant to show me the property, citing that the landlord wouldn't wait. However, the property remained available, and after arranging an earlier move-out with my current landlord, I recontacted Laura. She scheduled a viewing for us on a Saturday at 11 AM. After driving for 40 minutes, we arrived at 10:45 AM but Laura never showed up. Despite waiting until 11:40 AM, she neither appeared nor communicated with us through calls or emails. I attempted to reach her multiple times through phone calls, emails, and messages, all to no avail. Eventually, her colleague answered and informed us that the property had already received an offer. We received no prior notification of this development, nor did Laura contact us afterward to apologise , as her colleague suggested she would. The entire ordeal felt like a significant waste of time and left us feeling quite disregarded.

Huge thank you to Taylor Cambden for all of his kindness, patience, hard work and professionalism throughout the process of buying my first home. Without Taylor, I don’t think I’d have got a mortgage offer so quickly, and I’d still have 10000 unanswered questions! As this is my first time buying a property, Taylor even set up a Teams call with me so that we could meet “face to face” and chat through the contents of key documents, rather than talking over the phone or email. I felt so much more confident about everything after that, and I finally started to understand what all the documents meant in lay terms. Taylor has been a HUGE part in buying my first home, and I will never forget how great it has been to have Taylor’s support the past few months. Please pass all my thanks onto Charlie. As a first time buyer, the slight lack of communication with my first helper at MANN put me slightly on edge. However, when Charlie was then assigned my case, he could not have made my experience more positive. He understood me as a person and helped make me feel completely at ease, and was the most friendly person, like my thousands of questions were never a burden. He sped the process up and kept me in the loop with everything. From reassurance to listening to rants and queries to being a fast, professional salesman when conferring with other parties in the purchase, Charlie is the best.

We had a very short timeline, were dealing with a guarantor, and were leasing sight unseen from the US. There were lots of emails, messages, phone calls, and a couple video calls. Emma and Alexia were patient, responsive, and and handled everything in order to get it all sorted out and get my daughter moved in to start her term at college. I know this had to be one of their more challenging move ins, but we were never made to feel like a problem. Gary valued my property for both sales and Lettings and I must say his knowledge of both industries is second to none. He was professional and he really guided me in making my decision to let my property. Gary explained things in easy to understand terms and he even got the local mortgage advisor to call me to see if they could help save me some money. Once I'd finally got everything in place and my property was marketed I was then referred to Amy who inundated me with viewing confirmations and after holding her first block viewing she had 5 offers for me from potential tenants. I had the pick of bunch. I was quite overwhelmed with the amount of interest just for my small 2 bed flat but she really did point me in the right direction and yet again the professionalism and knowledge Amy possessed was incredible. Amy certainly can do her job properly, better that most agents I've ever worked with. Once Amy had confirmed the offer I was then passed over to Sarah the branch administrator. I thought I was organised but Sarah's organisation was unreal. For a first time landlord I didn't have a clue about the legalities of things or even how the process of moving a tenant worked but Sarah kept me informed every step of the way. No question was to small or to silly. She assured me that this isn't a hobby being a landlord is a massive investment and something I should feel at ease with and that's exactly what she did. I can not sing the praises of all the team at Mann anymore. I will certainly be recommending them to anyone I know who is considering selling or renting. Great team, friendly, professional, nice people and welcoming in always. Thanks Gary, Amy and Sarah. Job well done!!!!!

We have had a very eventful year at our property, and were assigned a number of property managers in the beginning which was a bit of a headache, however when we were assigned Michelle Burchell as our property manager it was honestly the best thing for us. Not only was she super efficient in sorting out our issues (unfortunately there were a lot, which was no ones fault tbh, just pure bad luck with a burst pipe! ) but she always went above and beyond for us, always with our best interest at heart. We can not be thankful enough for all the hard work she has put in for us. Super understanding, fair, kind, and literally just a lovely lady. Not to mention she managed to negotiate us being allowed pets which has completely made our entire life! I would also like to mention Amy Cook who is also very efficient and extremely competent at her job, there had been a few things that was left to other people to deal with and when calling to follow it up and it hadn't been done Amy was straight on it no faffing, even though it wasn't her department. Thank you ladies for all your effort and time, you have definitely kept me sane through a stressful year and thanks for being patient with me!
