As first-time buyers, the whole process of purchasing a home felt quite daunting, but Gascoigne and Pees were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The team, including Melissa, were always friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful, keeping us informed every step of the way and answering any questions we had promptly. Melissa was also great and so helpful throughout, going above and beyond to support us and make sure everything ran smoothly. Their communication was excellent throughout, and they went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their support and reassurance gave us real confidence during the process. We are so grateful for all of Gascoigne and Pees’ hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. We just completed on our sale and purchase. It was a very long process due to issues with lenders and delays but Mann were amazing throughout. Am not one to normally give reviews, but where i have received an outstanding customer service, I will be sure to post a review because I want you to experience the same and extinguish all your worries. Mann estage agents were not only fantastic at selling my house in under a WEEK of it going live, but their mortgage broker Jake Owen, provided such an amazing customer service that I appointed him as my broker after speaking with numerous. Not only did he get me the amount I needed to secure my future home, but he provided me with regular updates, was quick in the application process, sourced the market for the best and right deal, reassured me on the times I felt nervous that any deals will fall part. He was able to deal with the mortgage lenders effectively and responded to all their requires. He took his time to understand my situation and tailored a service that felt personal. I honestly felt like he was a good friend at the end of the process. I trusted his approach and advice and felt confident to proceed. Don't just take my word for it, its worth you experiencing his service to appreciate. For an indecisive person, I was very certain to use Jake Owe . Special shout out to Jeff and Charlotte at the Mann Chatham branch for also selling my house so quickly. Honestly if I am selling again, it will be Mann I use.

Mann Gosport want you signed up for their stats then dump you.

Mann Gosport promised me a weekly update on the sale of my property. I didn't get one. I was promised a proactive sales approach, and after 4 months of being on the market with Mann, the sales director didn't even know my property had a garage with rear road access. Which was a selling point to the area. I was told everyone from the branch would view my property so they knew what they were selling to potential buyers. That obviously didn't happen. Didn't get feedback from viewings (the few i had in a space of 4 months advertised through Mann) and ultimately didn't sell my house. We were left disappointed and deflated by just being told to lower the price and put the property to auction. I moved to a far superior local, independent agent who told me the truth about listing on the market and had a fresh approach and a proactive pitch. I cannot stress enough, my experience with Mann was disappointing, stressful and overall a waste of time. I chose a local, independent agent who actually knew what they were doing and I suggest you do the same.
