GoogleStay away. They charge you £95 per person for references and the only thing the actually do is send an email. £10 to change the name on each utility bill so that's an extra of £40 which you can easily do yourself. No website. They insist on cash payment. Dodgy.

GoogleWe have been dealing with Jermaine and James at Mann for 6 months and have always found them very helpful and efficient. Nothing is to much trouble and always willing to go that extra mile. They are both very professional and friendly and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleMann estate agents the high street Ashford Kent. After meeting the manager Adam who valued my property with his wealth of local knowledge we agreed on a price, the property was quickly put on the market. We were given a sales manager in the Ashford office to look after us, we found Sonny Ray very efficient and on top of the whole process we highly recommend him and Mann's of Ashford.

GoogleExcellent service all round. Dealt with sales negotiator Luke, and the Branch Manager Tim. Both were professional, friendly and helpful and have since followed up with us after we have moved in to make sure everything is ok! Fees are quite high but the level of customer service makes it worth it.

GoogleThis agency by far is the worst have ever used . They are good at taking advantage of their tenant . They charge you for renewal of contracts every year and the tenancy fees keeps going up every year. I would not recommend it

GoogleMost horrible estate agent you could ever imagine. If you do not want to loose your deposit and to have peace of mind, stay away from them. Their property management is so worse, they don't even bother to respond. Stay away

GoogleExcellent service from Mann Sutton from start to finish. Great market research enabled me to get the best price for my property. The team was professional and helpful and very responsive to all my questions. They followed up diligently with my buyer and kept us both updated. I would definitely recommend them if you have a property to sell.

GoogleWe recently rented a property through Mann Countrywide Sutton and the service provided by Hayley Bosdet was exceptional. She was always polite, courteous and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.
