GoogleVery sub-par service , I had been previously warned about the customer service and general conduct of the company and its staff but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Needless to say the flippant attitude and general neglect of basic commutation myself and my partner experienced has safely assured we will be avoiding Mann Letting in future.

GoogleIt has been a pleasure to work with Sony, Holy, Claire & Adam at Mann Countrywide in, Ashford,. My allocated agent was Sony. He was very efficient in helping me from the start of the property being marketed right through to the completion date. Needless to say that dealing with someone as consistently efficient and helpful in every way , has made the process quick & easy. Sony has been more than professional - he was also able to demonstrate his devotion by going out of his way, at times. The unnecessary & unexpected hiccups did occur up and Sony took care to assist, with the swift resolution for both, buyer & seller. Overall I was truly treated as a valued customer and the staffs were always polite and on top of their agenda !! Yet, my property was not one to generate a big figure profit but it was still a valued business to them. I have dealt with two other different estate agents prior to dealing with Mann, I am in a good place to offer my 5 stars review to MANN countrywide. GOOD JOB everyone and Thank you !!

GoogleA very helpful, professional and welcoming staff especially for first time buyers like us who had lots of questions and some silly ones too. Having also been looking for a house through other agents, Holly at Mann stood out more determined to find the right house for us. She was able to take in and understand the type of our ideal house from the feedback we gave her as we went through numerous viewings. She was patient and great at keeping us up-to-date with the process and always available for assistance. In terms of mortgage, Sam was great at giving us advice and choosing the right product. He understood our situation better and helped us accordingly. All the staff were friendly, approachable and it was more like a personalised service than a generic one. Once again, thanks to Holly, Sam, Adam and the entire team at Mann Ashford!

GoogleWe are entirely satisfied with Mann. We checked a couple of agencies before but we guess Mann has the best customer service. They are working hard for their customers to find the best options for them to get their house what they want in a good price. They always updated us step by step during the progress and they were very helpful to get all the necessary documents (bank mortgage, insurance, ect.). The team in Mann Sydenham recommended by a colleague at work, who they currently manage two of her properties. From the start I've found the experience to be refreshing and not like a business transaction I felt they were trying to understand what I needed as a person and a landlord. GoogleHad no hot water for over a week now. During the 13 months I've been living here the water has failed over and over. Sick of paying so much for a flat with a rubbish water heater. Nobody seems to want to get back to me to fix it this time round. I've also had workmen turn up unannounced to fix the water heater for downstairs (they need to access my flat to do so!!)

GoogleCanterbury office has still not supplied a key for our son renting from them over 5 months ago. Very poor service even since we have become involved not returning calls or emails and acting to provide the key as promised! ..... Update- keys were provided yesterday only to discover that neither fitted the room or the front door of the property !!. On a visit to the agent last night keys were promised today but no contact from the agents or customer service...... How can you rent a house for £500 a month yet not be given any keys ??!!
