Absolutely shocking customer service. Extremely rude staff. Had a viewing booked in, made a two hour journey to the viewing only to be told that they can't show me the actual property, but they can show me one that's 'similar minus a bedroom'. Barely apologised and then was extremely blunt and rude when I said that they had wasted my time. would avoid like the plague if you are trying to rent from them.

I appointed Sarah at Mann & Co after sacking another agent. Sarah was professional in every way and extremely helpful, she was even sending update emails way outside of office hours. A little more expensive than other agents but I can assure you worth every penny. Thanks Sarah and colleagues.

I'd like to thank the team at Mann & Co, Chessington for their help and professionalism during my house sale. It wasn't the most straightforward of sales but they pushed on regardless, always friendly, supportive and reassuring. I was kept well informed of viewings, offers and, once an offer had been accepted, provided with regular updates regarding the conveyancing. Kim Sweeney and Janene Haynes in particular were brilliant, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great service! We were looking for a place and they not only tried to keep us up to date with any of the properties on the market that matched that but also tried to make all the viewings together when they could. We've really happy with how quickly we moved in following the last tenant, weren't sat twiddling our thumbs because paperwork hadn't been done. THANK YOU TO MANN and especially thank you to STACEY for all your help.

Both Daniel and Doug have provided a first rate service with regards to the letting of my property. For many years, I've used a different agent but going forward, will be using Dan and Doug to market all future lettings. Their professionalism, honest feedback and general willingness to help, making the whole process relatively stress free with a successful outcome for all parties involved. Would definitely recommend them to provide letting services to prospective landlords.
