The team at Mann Estate and Letting have been by far the most impressive, thorough and friendly agents I have ever dealt with, as a tenant in London for nearly 17 years in various locations. Not only did they help me to find ideal property but also identify an area that met my criteria. Since then they have consistently gone above and beyond the normal call of duty, always providing a fast and excellent service when supplying handymen, building repairs etc and helping me liaise with my landlord. I was mostly dealing with Dominika who is always extremely friendly and understanding, and I can't speak highly enough of the services of entire team.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I would definitely recommend Mann & Co in Sydenham as the Estate Agent to use. They are professional, dedicated and determined to get the best price for your property that you are selling. The sales staff meet and greet you and learn everything they can about your property in order to market it. If you’re a tenant do all you can to avoid these jokers. I can honestly say I’ve never experienced such abysmal customer service. Landlords are let off the hook constantly when it comes to fulfilling even simple repairs. The management part of the company (part of countrywide group) might get back to you about repairs after a high degree of nagging but clearly just hope you’ll give up. At the end of the day they’re happy once you’re in the property and don’t give a s**t about your welfare or quality of life after that point. Genuinely horrific experience. We’re almost at the end of our first year contract and there are at least seven issues still unresolved which were logged within 24hrs of moving in. Best bit is that the renewal arm of the outfit just contacted us about a new contract and suggested a rent increase. Like, how about 🖕🏼 Oh and at the time of sorting contracts last year you got £20 off the fee if you left a positive review on here. So I’d ignore anything on google reviews with 4 or 5 stars, under a sentence long. Avoid avoid avoid. Mann lettings are even worse than Janets bar, Kensington and that’s saying something (look those reviews up, they’re brilliant and you’re welcome).

The manager, Monica Brown, took great care to understand our needs and she dealt professionally and courteously with us at all times. It was a delicate sale, as it involved the sale of my late father-in-law's house, but staff at the branch dealt with us considerately. Mann is simply the only go to Letting agent on the high street, Dan the manager has been there forever and knows the market and has been transparent and honest for the time they have managed out 3 flats, which is refreshing compared to the over the over pricing tactics I experienced previously
