Brilliant service from start to finish, highly professional, took great photos of the property, found tenants within days, handled everything for us for a move in between Christmas and New Year, Dan, Dominika and team couldn't have been better!

I found the level of service from Doug at Mann Sydenham excellent . From the first phone call to the viewing and the offer stage Doug has kept me informed and guided me through the letting process with real care. As a new renter I have visited many local agents but I have not been as impressed. I would recommend any of my friends to search for a property with this agent. Exceptional!

Really good agent. Have a good renting experience. Dominika and Gerald is really friendly and helpful, and help us deal with the problems when we are applying the property and after we move in. And the property is brilliant, quiet and clean. I would not hesitate to recommend MANN as a agent to all my friends .

If I could give 0 stars I would. This agency is terrible, doesn’t resolve any issues, doesn’t respond and uses all the excuses in the book to ensure they make the most money possible. Avoid at all cost. Also they give you a discount on the agency fees if you write a positive review so don’t trust any of the below reviews.

Had a viewing last Saturday and even called before to make sure as received no text or email confirmation. Nobody showed up at the property and wouldn’t answer the phone. Hard enough to book viewings but this was a new standard of low from estate agents at the moment.
