GoogleVery quick to respond to our queries, and we were the buyers, not their sellers. We had some delays to the sale which Mann tried to expedite as quickly as possible - if it werent for them, I doubt we would have exchanged yet, let alone completed.

GoogleHaving rented my flats out over several years I have to say this is the first review I've ever felt compelled to write. The team in Mann Sydenham recommended by a colleague at work, who they currently manage two of her properties. From the start I've found the experience to be refreshing and not like a business transaction I felt they were trying to understand what I needed as a person and a landlord. I'm in the process of trying to convert my whole portfolio for the Mann Sydenham team to manage. Well deserved five stars all round, I will not hesitate to recommend you !!

GoogleDoug, Daniel and Hazel, the Mann Lettings Team have been fantastic. They have knocked spots off other Agents in the area from early on in my search. Doug and Daniel took time in getting to know what I was looking for, and I believe have represented me well in negotiations with the Landlord. Hazel has also been really supportive in co-ordinating the signing off of the contracts around my complex work schedule. They are a thoroughly professional, warm and friendly team who deliver a great service. I have no hesitation in recommending them highly.

GoogleDaniel, Hazel and Doug helped me to get into my dream flat in a very short space of time. They all worked really hard and were responsive which made a big difference to my peace of mind and the smooth running of the whole process. Daniel has helped me to find three great flats in total over the years and he always comes up with a great quality of property that other local agents just weren't able to do. He always goes over and above his duties. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and clear. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleMANN has been very professional and friendly. The best agency so far (and I moved 5 times in London already). They provided us all the documents and certificates on front. The agent that show us the property was nice and friendly and waited for us for more than one hour when we got stuck in the traffic. And they even gave us a nice bottle of red wine to celebrate the new home. Amazing. Highly recommended.

GoogleBoth Daniel and Doug have provided a first rate service with regards to the letting of my property. For many years, I've used a different agent but going forward, will be using Dan and Doug to market all future lettings. Their professionalism, honest feedback and general willingness to help, making the whole process relatively stress free with a successful outcome for all parties involved. Would definitely recommend them to provide letting services to prospective landlords.
