As a private tenant I cannot recommend…

As a private tenant I cannot recommend any lettings through Mann Countrywide. They are VERY slow to respond to any requests, whether its for repairs or support as a tennant. From my experience of getting any things fixed they often call someone to do the work then leave everything with you to sort out, and dont appear to care about any updates. When we ran in to issues with the landlord selling the property they seemed to stop responding to any requests, and I spent almost 3 weeks trying to get ANYONE in the local office on the phone, and had to head in to be told "Sorry, I have been the only person in the office all week", things like this are not our problem, that is something that the management and head office need to address. I constantly have to chase to see if they are talking to my landlord, but get very nonchaaunt answers and the "We are trying", but if you have not heard back and are actively trying then call me after a week, not have me have to call you.

Walking into Mann Canterbury, I was approached by Sophie Harper, who greeted me with a warm smile and asked how she could help me. Soon we had a list of potential properties that could meet my needs. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and answered my questions as I was new to the area. We met again to view the prospective properties and through the process, I felt she listened, took her time and didn’t try to oversell, but took into account my responses through the viewings. Lastly there was a sense of teamwork within the office that made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you, Sophie (also Zeyad and Jazmyn), for your help as the start of my house hunting journey. I highly recommend Mann at Canterbury.

Top notch experience renting through them. They have been as quick as humanly possible arranging for any emergencies to get resolved and their staff go above and beyond. Our fridge broke down during a heatwave, James went to Slough for a replacement when there weren't any that would fit in the local stores. When out of hours issue have come up Emma has been super patient and responsive. All together, everyone we have interacted with has been stellar.

I had a pleasure of dealing with Honey when finding a rental property in Ramsgate. She went beyond expextations from start to finish, includind taking accurate measurements of the lounge and the bedroom-including door widths! This helped me plan fitting my furniture. As I had my delivery around 9.30am in the morning of my moving day, she brought the keys by walking from the office. What can i say. Nothing but praise for the manager Nick who has supported and been amazing throughout the whole process. House sold very quickly within weeks of gping live. Nick has kept in touch at every step. He has been my contact and contactable by phone, email at any time. I am pleased with my new home that I found through Mann Estate Agents of Sheerness, from day one the Branch Manager and his staff took time and explained the whole process to me, as a pensioner it was so refreshing to find this approach and professionalism still exists.I have previously tried other Estate Agents within Sheerness they never seemed to have the time and required knowledge of the area.I am so glad that I found one who gave me such a stress free experience and had the time to keep me up to date throughout. Hi Manns, I just wanted to say Katie has been absolutely superb throughout this whole process. She managed to get a tenant secured incredibly quickly, the whole process literally took around 5 days from start to finish. To be honest, Wards had the property on the market for weeks and never really got the ball moving, so the difference was night and day. Honestly the process has been so easy. The team has been amazing and Katie has been so helpful with the moving process. I’m a severe stress head when it comes to moving but she has honestly made it so much easier and been so helpful with everything regarding paperwork and answering any questions we have had regarding the process. She is so polite and friendly which has made this experience so much more special considering this is me and my partners first home together and we wanted the experience to be a positive one and thanks to Katie it has. I would definitely want to stay with this company when moving in the future.
