YellWorst type of people
Not a single good word to say about this company. From searching social media i glad to see i'm not alone. Inconstancy at every level. I have unpaid tenants (squatters) in an overcrowded flat i rent. I've been forced to live with a baby for the past 6 months and its not great to see constitution work starting on the back of the property this week. All i want to do is leave my contract and cut all ties with this company but they will not let me leave without paying a hefty fee. The number of sleepless nights i have suffered is nothing when compared to helplessness and inaction of their staff. If you are a first time renter do not be fooled, they are not on your side. Moving to London was a life ambition of mine and this joyous time has been destroyed by their incompetency and i'm stuck here for another 6 months with no way out.

We have a very good experience with Your Move agency from central Bromley.
They helped us find a couple of properties to view, according to our wishes, from which we have chosen the one we are renting at the moment. We are new to the UK - only moved here at the beginning of June and although we were told by other agencies that it could take minimum 2 weeks before moving into a property after final go-ahead, Your Move made it happen for us in just a couple of days !
We are very grateful to them, we highly recommend them and of course will work with them in future again.

Googleworst experience I ever had - wana be smart >>>> stay away of that agency .....they never answer phone....they never call back(not iven when they tell you 6 times that they will) and at the end of the contract they will take everything they can from you(which is more that you will expect); and they always manage to move slower then you would expect - no matter how low is your standard :)))
PS: when I wanted to see the property they let that in the job of the ex-tenant >>>>who was an est european or rusian lady ....who spoke no english :)))
I can not complain : they were nice people but 100% unable to do their job - their professional lvl was way way way under all the other agencies I ever worked with :((

GoogleI let a flat through this your move, and they are very nice, but the lettings guy Sunny was a bit all over the place, gave me wrong information, and wasnt even there for the viewing, left it up to the previous tenant! The manager of the branch is lovely though

Very unhelpful, when trying to sort out problems with a rented property, have been waiting over a month for bathroom and kitchen to even attempted to be sorted!! Never hear back from phone calls and messages that have been left!!
