We have bought and sold through them several times since 2005 and have always found them to be professional, caring and still be able to smile when things get stressful! FacebookThey do a great job ! I was very impressed with Adam & Matthew who kept me up to date with planned viewings and progress, as well as ‘moving’ quickly . Adam did some great photos when he came to value my property. A week later there were a succession of 4/5 viewings , with one of those placing an offer for the full asking price . It took about 11 weeks from start to exchange & completion . Newton Fallowell certainly delivered and I have no hesitation, based on my extremely positive experience in recommending them. If you live in Stamford and are looking for a professional friendly service: give them a call .

FacebookOver the years I’ve dealt with countless estate agencies and their agents. The experience has been highly diverse varying from average to incredibly stressful and frustrating. Ladies from Newton Fallowell, however, stood out straight away. We’ve been shown a couple of houses by them so far and couldn’t recommend Werrington branch enough. Their approach is very different: both ladies are incredibly knowledgeable about the properties and their owners yet you don’t feel you are listening to another (cheesy) sales pitch. They guide you through a viewing and help paint bigger picture, but don’t intervene or constantly fire off empty sales terms. They spend enough time with you, but there is no pressure in the end and you truly feel like they are genuinely interested in helping you find what’s right for you, not the other way around. They don’t hassle you afterwards, but do still check on your periodically so you feel 100% comfortable going back as and when you need to depending on your personal circumstances. Our search is far from over, but we’d love to find a house via NW and hope to sell through them as well.

FacebookIn January this year we lost our mum, she had lived in her home for 56 years and brought up our family there so the house was very precious to all of her children, I contacted Newton Fallowell and two other estate agents to give me a quote, after meeting Oliver there was no doubt in my mind that this was the team to go with, he understood our concerns and how we felt about the house, the team got together and the house was sold within three days, we were kept in the loop every step of the way, Rick phoned me every week to let me know what was happening and if I had any concerns I only had to speak to Sarah and she sorted things out straight away, a very professional and friendly company, I would recommend Newton Fallowell to everyone. P.s. they make lovely coffee too.
