GoogleWe recently bought a flat through Marsh and Parsons and would highly recommend them. All agencies are dependent on their agents. Lewis Assim - who we worked with - was by far the best agent from all the agencies we came across. We crossed paths with dozens over our 6 month search, sale and eventually purchase. I've even referred a friend to sell their flat with him and we will also look him up when we sell a little way down the line!

GoogleThomas has been extremely helpful in making my experience as a first-time buyer as smooth as possible. He has gone the extra mile in liaising between myself and the seller, solicitors, and freeholder, ensuring that things moved along as efficiently as possible. He is always pleasant in our interactions and can put himself in the buyer's shoes, communicating with all parties from that point of view. As someone who likes to be informed at every step, I appreciated that he provided updates as needed and took my calls whenever required. He has also been very fair and reasonable in his advice, able to see both the buyer's and seller's perspectives. I also appreciated his level of transparency throughout the process. I would definitely recommend getting in touch with him if you are looking to buy or sell in the area. I really have appreciated his support during the process and am excited to complete the transaction soon!
