I don’t usually leave reviews but I couldn’t not with the service I have received from the whole M&P sales team! Amrita has been dealing with the sale of my flat, we started viewings before going online and the team booked a record amount in the first week and a half with lots of second viewings which inevitably ended up in an acceptable offer on my flat! All done within the first 3-4 weeks. Couldn’t recommend Amrita and the sales team enough to sell your property! Coming from someone in the industry that’s more than a 5* review from me. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the area! Thank you sales team M&P!

Shaakeelah is the best agent in town. I came in for some letting advice, and she went above and beyond, offering thoughtful insights into the local market and dynamics, whilst being super patient with my questions. She also followed up afterward to make sure I was satisfied with the information and my search, which I really appreciated. I had a great experience with Molly Cave and Marson at Parsons Limited. Molly was absolutely brilliant from the word go. She set up a digital viewing for me, which made things so much easier, and even worked late into the evening to organise an interview with the landlord. Whenever I had a question about paperwork or what documents were needed, Molly was always quick to reply and explained everything clearly, which made the whole process far less daunting. I have known Sharn from Marsh and Parsons for several years having rented my flat in Glazbury Road via her and continually re letting it via her and Marsh and Parsons regardless of it being marketed by other agents. She has always been incredibly professional, efficient and personable which in a maize of many competitive estate agents is not always the case. She is always constant and always helpful ensuring she negotiates the best deal for the tenant as well as the landlord.
