Molly C and Shaakeelah are the power duo I didn't know I needed in my life. I had never heard of Brook Green until Molly reached out about a property, and now I’m obsessed. I was knee deep in the nightmare that is flat hunting in London. I'd racked up 4 rejection letters from other agencies, and a pile of listings that either weren’t in my price range or didn’t meet my criteria. And, out of the blue, Molly dropped an off-market stunner in my lap. I rushed over to meet Shaakeelah at the property, who warmly greeted me and expertly guided me through a tour. Afterwards, they immediately followed up and generously walked me through the offer process. In my time in London, this was the first time I’d felt seen by a letting agency. Usually, the process is geared almost exclusively toward landlords' needs, leaving prospective tenants with little guidance, time, or information to assess whether a flat is a good fit and to make a compelling offer. If it weren’t for Molly and Shaakeelah's professionalism and expertise, I wouldn’t have found my dream home! Truly grateful. Highly recommend.

It is difficult to separate one agent from another so in the end it sometimes just comes down to who you think you can work with, who you can trust, who wants the business more and who will provide that bit of extra value with the service they provide. From the outset, this was the case with M&P along with the assurance that they would help us find the quality, long-term tenant we were looking for. Sharn and her team got me a tenant for my flat before Xmas, and in about 3 days with no online advertising and no outside sign. I'd already been with another local agent for 5 weeks and had only 3 viewings from them, they weren't getting the job done. Marsh and Parsons only came onboard at the very end for 3 days, had more viewings in that time than the other agency did in 5 weeks and found a tenant easily.
