Fantastic, efficient, pro-active, knowlegeable

I had the pleasure of selling my flat through Tom and Louise at the Brook Green Office of M&P. Louise did a fantastic job in selling my flat from the day of the offer to the day of exchange. She was charming, efficient, knowledgeable and pro-active. Against all odds with property prices falling and impact of Brexit, Louise was persistent with the buyer and kept me informed round the clock on the progress of the sale. Highly recommended Negotiator. Tom the manager did a brilliant job overseeing the progress of the sale, again efficient, knowledgeable and pro-active, his valuation was spot on with the offer. Customer service is always the key issue with these transactions and there is no doubt Tom came out on top. Highly recommended manager.
