⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an although not complicated but still quite challenging sale, and I genuinely don’t think we would have reached completion without Phil Coombes and Sian Allison from Marsh & Parsons. From the very beginning, Phil demonstrated an excellent understanding of the local market. His advice on pricing, presentation and marketing strategy was consistently thoughtful, realistic and well judged. He has a real feel for the market and knows how to position a property to attract the right buyers. Once the sale was agreed, the transaction proved far more challenging than anyone had anticipated as the legal process was often frustratingly slow, and progress repeatedly stalled. Each time, Phil stepped in personally, identified where things had become stuck, kept everyone communicating and got the transaction moving again. I honestly believe that with a less experienced or less proactive agent, the outcome could have been very different. Sian was equally outstanding throughout the process. She was energetic, proactive and maintained excellent communication with the buyers at every stage. Whenever I became frustrated by the lack of progress, she helped me keep sight of the bigger picture, managed expectations on both sides and smoothed over moments of tension with great professionalism. Her calm approach made a real difference during what was a very stressful transaction. What impressed me most about both Phil and Sian was that they never treated the sale as just another file. They genuinely cared about getting the transaction over the line and were prepared to go the extra mile whenever it was needed. I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work, commitment and professionalism. In a difficult market, they gave absolutely everything to make sure our sale completed successfully. I would recommend Phil, Sian and the whole team without hesitation to anyone looking to sell their property.

The Marsh and Parsons team led by Phil Coombes at the Barnes office can be recommended without hesitation based on my family's experience. The results speak for themselves with a very successful sale achieved in a matter of weeks without any hitches. The excellent outcome was the result of Marsh and Parsons understanding the unique character of the house and identifying a bespoke sales strategy which was rolled out according to plan with great energy and enthusiasm. Phil Coombes took the time to develop a rapport and working relationship with us as his clients and his shared understanding and appreciation of the house was much appreciated. Communications were good in keeping us informed at each stage. Phil Coombes leads an excellent team who were all involved but a special thanks must be given to Alistair Husbands who negotiated the sale.
