FacebookI had a list of a few places I wanted to see and Hugo was kind enough to drive me to all of them. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for and I think he knew better than I did what I wanted, because he added a flat to the list of viewings, that I hadn’t considered, just to show me some alternatives. And I absolutely loved it and ended up taking it. ?
Being new to London, Hugo took the time to show me the neighborhood and also walked me through the whole process. Nothing was a surprise and was extremely well organized. I was blown away by the attention and extra effort he went to. Very professional, very helpful, and he made the whole process of finding a new place to live, very easy.

From feeling pressurised into accepting the first offer received, to terrible management and disorganised accounting, all for a whopping 18% fee plus up front costs - we would not recommend this agent. Find a smaller agent who will care about its clients!
