My experience working in Hammersmith was extremely disappointing. The working conditions were poor, and the environment felt very toxic. One of the main issues was with management, particularly Emily, who often appeared disengaged and would spend time on her phone instead of supporting the team. Unfortunately, senior management did not address these concerns, even when they were aware of the situation and were nearby.

Great service from team manager

Me and my partner have been tenants in a Marsh & Parsons managed property since October 2025. We’ve been dealing with Debbie Lewis in regards to property maintenance over the course of this time. Debbie has been incredibly helpful, kind and conscientious in dealing with our queries, she also gets things done incredibly quickly. We’ve had a nice time with marsh & parsons and can’t recommend working with Debbie enough :)

The Marsh & Parsons team, and the Conran group before them, have been great letting agents. Having moved to London for the first time three years ago, the move in process was quick and easy, and since then communication has been respectful, simple, and on the rare occasion that the property had an issue, it was sorted quickly by the team. My thanks to Owain for his help as our property manager - and also ensuring the check out process has been simple. I’ve found that you’re left able to live comfortably in your property without constant hassle from the agent - which is not the case with other agencies! I have really appreciated the care and support from Owain and the M&P team.

Throughout my tenancy, he has always been available, resourceful and incredibly helpful. Using Marsh & Parsons as a tenant - good experience

We rented a flat in Greenwich through Marsh & Parsons for about 18 months. The service for the tenant has been very professional. The flat is in a period house conversion so there were inevitably a few things that needed upgrading or fixing during that time, as it is an older property. The Marsh & Parsons reporting system worked well and my contact there (Debbie Lewis) was great at keeping me updated and arranging for contractors to visit at convenient times. Happy to recommend. We rented a managed property through Marsh and Parsons. At the end of the tenancy the landlord tried to retain a lot of the deposit unreasonably. We ended up having to use the arbitration process. Abdullah was helpful and courteous throughout. He was mindful that the process was unfamiliar to us. He made sure we were treated fairly and offered guidance that made it easier to navigate the process.

UPDATE: Despite an excellent experience with the M&P Little Venice sales and rentals team, the M&P account and tenancy management team has been disappointing, across all interactions. Unfortunately this takes away from a hard working, high performing sales and lettings team. It would be good for M&P to correct that, and avoid the impact on their reputation and customer experience. I had a great experience with Marsh & Parsons, mainly thanks to Ibby Kulovic, who showed excellent professionalism, responsiveness, agility and communication skills while helping me find my new home. I would highly recommend and be returning to M&P for my future needs, thanks to Ibby and his excellent approach and service.

Little Venice M&P - Outrageous

We rented a property with the Little Venice branch of M&P and had a nightmare experience. The property manager changed hands atleast 3 times and crucial issues were never remedied. Their internal documentation and controls are extremely poor. At the end of our tenancy, the agency did not for the longest time communicate anything for the return of our deposit. After chasing them for weeks, they tried to deduct £360 from our deposit as a “cleaning fee”. They have irresponsible employees and property managers won’t respond to emails and will offer out of context / incomplete responses when he does respond. We were forced to dispute this deduction with TDS and the decision was obviously in our favour in the end.
