Do not use them for Lettings at all. Their internal documentation is extremely poor, the people working here are frankly incompetent kids with a check box attitude to the job and if you are a landlord they will overcharge you for every single service. The property management team is shocking. They will ignore your emails and deflect issues at every opportunity by blaming it on the counter party. We had to go to the TDS adjudicator to get our money back (which we obviously did because we documented every single detail) and also had to raise an official complaint against the branch for mishandling and negligence.

I had an amazing experience with Nathalia from Marsh and Parsons purchasing my first home. While other agents showed me a bunch of properties that didn't fit the bill and/or tried to convince me that i liked properties that i didnt actually like- Nathalia and her team was different. Her and her team were receptive when I didn't like something and understood my reasonings/needs for my first home. Nathalia ended up finding me the perfect place. and was so communicative through the process. She is so quick to respond to messages and always willing to go the extra mile.
