I had a flat to sell while I was living abroad, which was tricky to manage, and they could not have been more helpful during the entire process. They were able to support me with the selling process and always kept me informed at every stage. A complete delight to deal with and couldn't recommend them enough. FacebookAhead of putting out house on the market, we saw a number of different agents. Marsh and Parsons were very open, professional and friendly, and - as first time sellers - dispelled many of the impressions I had of estate agents.
Throughout the process the whole team were a credit to the company, with a large number of viewings, well coordinated and no hard sell when we had a few offers which were slightly below the asking price.
They eventually secured an offer at asking price, and this came from an agent in another Marsh and Parsons office. Charlie and Rory cordinated this perfectly, and along with Aileen from the other office, the sales process was smooth from start to finish.
I wouldn't think twice in recommending Marsh and Parsons, and can't imagine a better team to work with than the one Charlie leads.

From the offer being accepted to exchange and completion it took just over three weeks and there was very little stress felt on my side. The corporate manager in charge in 2015 told me that it's necessary that our company has 3 years company account in order to be able to rent properties from them.
