GoogleTried to charge me £625 to replace a small window pane and professionally clean a one bedroom flat (despite it already being done) following my check-out. The check out report merely stated a bit of dust on windows and sink needs light clean - other than that cleaned to a good standard. Do not feel they represented my interests me as a tenant. Overall a horrible experience.

GoogleFriendly, polite, and coordinated staff; much higher quality than I ever expected to receive as a renter in London. Our agent Megan Barber was well organised and never gave us the hard sell, simply showed us around some places and let us make up our own minds. I was frequently late to viewings and she never even got upset or made any snide comments, continuously polite. When I left messages for Megan, her colleagues were always courteous and got back to me if Megan wasn't available. M&P BG are definitely a well put together team, use them!

GoogleI had a pretty good experience with M&P. They worked hard and found me an excellent tenant when the market was really tough, I liked the fact that they took their commission over the first 2 months rather than all at once and their accounts department were super helpful whenever I needed to speak to them for tax returns etc.
