Livina was incredible. Having viewed a bunch of flats virtually, she made the decision to put in an offer without flying over to view in person easy. I had so many other lackluster interactions with letting agents. But Livina knew the answers to our questions, and when there were extra steps involved in an ibternational relocation. Of all the agents in multiple agencises my partner and i delt with, Liv the only one who took difficult or ambiguous admin question away and sourced a solution from the agency and landlord. Would absolutely reccomend!

As a landlord I have dealt with many agencies , this office is the worst their admin are chaos. Their payments collection have been 2 month delayed in some instants , purley becasue ethey did not botrher to contact the tenants. And you get teh most unhelpful , unresposive admin to deal with. Missed up my mortagae payments and casue alot of overdraft fees will never use again
